Tool Box

Tool Box is a Wood and Metal orientated Workshop Design Studio committed to sustainability and ecologically friendly practices in the creation of art and design. All designs are created from recycled and reclaimed materials, hand-made, and when possible, eco-friendly materials. The intention of Tool Box designers is not only sustainable designs that are environmentally responsible, but will often borrow from nature in the designs themselves.
Working with Junk & Scrap yard materials and reclaimed timber the future workshops with the local communities will encourage Up-cycling from existing materials and resources and developing the skill base to be able to create new objects.

Current Projects

Steam Punk Kitchen
A bespoke industrial free standing kitchen -
Steam Punk 'to employ appropriate materials (such as polished brass, iron, wood, and leather) with design elements and craftsmanship consistent with the Victorian era.'

Upcycled Dining Sets,
Personalised upholstered chair sets created from a persons wardrobe, with matching cushions so a chair back created from a Jumper, the seat pad from the trousers and accessories for cushioning.
