Centre Description St Wilfrid's Enterprise Centre St Wilfrid's Enterprise Centre ("SWEC"), a Grade II listed building, is a converted church situated in the centre of the award winning Hulme Park. The Centre opened for business in 1994, and though located in quiet peaceful parkland, is adjacent to the city centre of Manchester.
OFFICE AND TRAINING SPACE
There are 20 workspace (office/light workshop) units ranging from 84 to 700 sq ft with a central reception service. All units are individually have monitored intruder alarms and are fitted with internet, telephone and power points. The letting contracts, which are licences, can range from 1 month to 2 years. The building has kitchen, toilet and meeting facilities, on site parking (charged within the licence fee) and full 24 hour/7 day access. A number of small companies and organisations are accommodated at the Centre. We also offer a business address/'bureau' service.
MEETING AND CONFERENCE SPACE
There are two spaces available, one of 800 sq ft and the other 400 sq ft, seating 25 or 15 people respectively in a theatre style arrangement. An additional adjoining area of approx 500sq ft is available for display or as a catering area.

This cluster is based St Wilfrid's enterprise centre in Hulme, where universities, creative industries, diverse communities and organisations meet. The unique, well-located physical space challenges societal fragmentation. Diverse individuals re-locate themselves by interacting through workshops, training, trading and events.
Arc Space Manchester provides a free computer hub providing internet access and workshop space at St Wilfrid's. Drop in to see us 2-5pm Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at St Wilfrid's.
