Conference and Meeting Facilities Room Only
A choice of Conference Rooms on the ground floor (pictured) are normally available for hire at the rate of £120 per day. The full day allows access by the hirer and guests from 8.30 am. - 5.30 pm. The rooms can be hired on a sessional basis (i.e. morning 8.30 am -12.30 /afternoon 1.00 pm - 5.00 pm) at £65 per session or £20 per hour.
Meeting Room 18 (433 sq ft) (1st floor) is £100 per day / £50 per session or £15 per hour. Meeting Room 5 (ground floor) (seating 10 people round a table) is £70 per day / £40 per session or £15 per hour.
(PLEASE NOTE - currently the only of these facilities which is available is meeting room 5. We also have a gazebo erected on the former altar area, this can accommodate 16 persons, and has wireless and cabled internet connection enabled). (Pictured below)

Reception Facility
A reception area can be provided along with fully trained personnel to greet your visitors and distribute conference materials and information as required. Messages for both hirer and guests will be taken and distributed at appropriate points during the day, £65.00 per day.
Large PA system with desk or stand microphones
£120 per day / 1/2 day £60.00.
Small PA system with desk or stand microphones
£60.00 per day / 1/2 day £35.00.
Presentation Equipment
Overhead projection equipment plus free standing screen facility, £30.00 per day / 1/2 day £20.00 35mm slide projector with carousel, £24.00 per day / 1/2 day £12.00 Free standing flipchart easel plus 40 sheet pad & pens, £18.00 per day / 1/2 day £9 TV & Video, £30.00 per day / 1/2 day £20.00 (Please note that the cost of PA System, Reception Facility and presentation equipment is charged at 50 % of full day rate for sessional bookings. All other day rate charges are charged at full rate).

Catering
We offer the choice of the following self-service buffets. One serving of tea, coffee, and fresh juice or mineral water is provided with each menu. All cutlery and plates provided.

Standard Buffet
